I'm Elva Chavez, first-generation Mexican American and founder of Bull & Crow, a Latina-owned marketing agency based in Dallas, TX.
I learned how the big brands think from the inside. How they spend. How they move. How they talk about communities like mine without ever actually being in them.
That's when I saw it. Founders with real businesses and no one helping them build. Creators with audiences they couldn't monetize. Entrepreneurs with the vision and none of the infrastructure. All of them getting handed strategies built for somebody else's customer.
So I stopped waiting for someone else to fix it.
I built Bull & Crow.

Outside of work you'll find me bird watching with my wife (we downloaded the an app, it's a whole thing), walking my schnauzers like it's my second job, or pushing our cat around in a stroller like the unhinged cat moms we are.
